There are some changes to the “Rules and Procedures”:

- in Rule 17, the deadline for entries is now 20th May.
- also in Rule 17, a change of delivery address.
- in Rule 11, fourteen written copies required.
- in Rule 16, details added about APG bank and VAT (further updated for non-UK entrants), also Rule 15.

18th May – update: we have determined that VAT does not need to be added to the payment for non-UK entries. See amended Rule 15 and updated information here.
