Although we didn't set out to become publishers, it seems we just can't help it.  We have a growing list of publications and papers available with more waiting in the wings.  Click on books or articles to see what's available, especially our latest publication "The Communications Challenge" - edited by Julian Saunders and authored by Julian, Roderick White, Janet Grimes, Peter Crawshaw, Marie Louise Neill and Tony Regan.  The new 2003 Awards book is just around the corner.

The Communications Challenge has been a roaring success for us.  This was made possible by Royal Mail, and Don Cowley - who we thank for their support, as well as the authors mentioned above - and was mailed to a very wide audience of client companies.  Since then sales of the book have been fast and furious with some companies ordering multiple copies - such illustrious names as Intel, Coca Cola, HSBC, BBH, Publicis, Leo Burnett, Mediacom, Channel 4, Barclays, so you would be in good company.  There are now around 4,000 of these books in circulation.

We hope to update this book soon as the subject is fast-moving, so if you have any case histories, methodologies or ideas to add please let us know.

Here are some of the kind things that people have said about the book:

"Everyone agrees with the principle of integrated, media-neutral communications. This book, by some of Britain's top account planners,  gives the latest thinking on how to make it happen in practice".

Patrick Barwise, Professor of Management and Marketing, London Business School

"Could not be more timely. Breaking the mould of 'traditional' channel planning is one of the biggest opportunities for brand marketers today. 'The Communications Challenge' helps set us on the way to doing just that."  Thom Braun, Director, Unilever Marketing Academy.

"readers are also urged to look at the basis for the article a book, recently published by The Account Planning Group, called The Communications Challenge. This is an invaluable guide to what is happening and what to do about it, with contributions from a range of some of the most insightful and experienced people working in the communications world today". Judie Lannon, Market Leader.
