How to Apply Strategy to Solving Client Problems with Frank Durden

The course will equip you with the tools to see beyond the client brief and get to the ‘question behind the question’.  You will develop more powerful and robust strategies as a result that demonstrate to clients the value creative strategy can bring to their business.

APG's Latest Top Talk:

Rob Scotland

In this Top Talk, Rob Scotland, Modern Cultural Anthrpologist, talks about 'Extreme Democracy, Nordic Cultural Cool, Design Thinking and more..’ This is one of the many talks available to APG members if you get a membership and have access to Think Tank.

The Fundamentals of Strategy

We have designed a brand new course for anyone who uses planning and strategic thinking in their work, be it for an agency or client or consultancy.  The course tutor is Charlie Snow, one of the most inspired and brilliant strategic thinkers. It runs online so it's open to overseas delegates and actually works brilliantly on zoom.  The next iteration is 25th to 28th August so get in touch with Alison@apg.org.uk to book your place.

"How to survive as a first-time freelancer"

by: Jon Leach

Content for a great CV

by: Denise Williams

Did you know that the maximum time generally taken to read a CV is 30 seconds, and in most instances is more like 7 seconds? That’s the time it takes to make a cup of coffee, or the length of a Tik Tok video.

APG Top Talks

Over the coming weeks we will be putting on a host of Top Talks by top strategists.  We've asked them to choose topics that they are passionate about or think will be of most use to the APG community.  Some will have specific relevance to the times we are in, and others will have more general interest and applicability. They will all be good! They will be about 30 minutes long.

They are an APG member benefit and therefore for members only.  You can get your free ticket for each event on Eventbrite.
