He has rooted the content in science and neuroscience and geared it to the types of stress people experience in agency life.

A down-to-earth review of theories and techniques around mindfulness and breathing exercises, including clinical evidence of how they impact the stress reaction in the body. A review of the apps and other tools available.
How other lifestyle choices impact stress (sleep, exercise and diet).
