This is a new APG workshop, designed for planners and strategists who are newer to the world of insights and want to know how to apply insight to the development of strategy and creative work.
The workshop will be relevant to client-side strategists and agency planners who are looking for a structured approach to 'mining for magic'.
What will you learn?
Learn about how to develop a more insightful way of thinking and an effective and easy to understand process for developing insights to solve strategic problems.
Examine some classic insightful thinking tests from psychology
Carry out exercises that demonstrate (and promote) insightful thinking from the start
Learn an incredibly useful formula for expressing the insights you have developed in a strategic manner.
Apply the insight-spotting framework to some well known campaigns.

More about Sam Knowles
Dr Sam Knowles combines long and varied communications agency experience. Originally a classicist, he also has a doctorate in Experimental Psychology.
In 2013, Sam founded corporate and brand storytelling consultancy Insight Agents. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a member of both the Market Research Society and the Public Relations & Communications Association.
