Facilitation skills for inspirational brainstorming

On this course you will lean how to run high-quality brainstorming sessions and workshops.  These skills will enable you to:
 - generate new thinking
 - motivate agency/client teams
 - trigger new directions and courses of action.

Planners should be perceived as the natural catalyst between existing knowledge and new creative ideas; hence they are the ideal people to facilitate brainstorming sessions. However, planners aren't always trained to get the best out of brainstorming, often being left to learn on the job.  And, dare we say it, some people think they know how to brainstorm and do it badly, which gives brainstorming a bad name.

This course fills these gaps.

You will receive theoretical and practical training. In the practical sessions you will get involved in:
 - planning a brainstorm
 - gaining the confidence of the group and accepting responsibility as facilitator
 - enabling an environment where people are able to unlock their creative potential
 - practicing techniques for eliciting and generating ideas in quantity
 - establishing a motivated team aligned around their ideas and agreed actions.
